Daniel Anastasi is a Managing Consultant and founder of IRM-Advisors. He is providing advisory services since 2001 for multiple industries such as finance, banks, Public administration, startup and Multinationals.

He delivered projects such as information security program design and implementation, insider threat review, security product and services evaluation and recommendation, building incident response policies and management framework.

He was for several years Head of International Security consulting practice for a Global Telecommunication provider, a Global Information Security and Compliance Officer for large outsourcing companies and also an information risks specialist for banks where he could learnt more deeply the issues around the European countries data privacy regulations. With this experience, he managed the development and implementation of several best-in-class information security programs.

Prior this role, he was Senior IT Security pre-sales engineer where he had to design and implement complex international security infrastructure such as Security Incident and Event management services, Security internet perimeter protection, Global Secure remote access services, intrusion and prevention, and so on.

Daniel is holding a MBA degree from Aston University (UK), a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Information Security from HEC University Geneva and Post-grade certificate in Management from the Henley Business School (UK).

Member of ISACA he is certified CISM, CISA, COBIT, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor & Implementer, ISO 27005 Information Risk Management, Management_of_Risk, ITIL V3.
